There is absolutely no funny business here. Just honest people and exceptional work. I can’t say enough about how great it was to work with Liisa, I was rear ended and I had all sorts of trouble with the insurance. She was so helpful through every step of that, she definitely knows how that all works and gave stellar advice! She also kept me very informed on everything going on every step of the way. So! Customer service? Amazing! Body work? Perfect! Detail? Lovely! Liisa … read more went above and beyond dealing with the warranty company, documenting everything meticulously, and fighting for me every step of the way. She sent tons of pictures and videos throughout the process, as well as regular texts and email updates. My car looked brand-new when I picked it up, down to a very complicated shade of paint that BodyWorks Collision matched 100 percent. They even detailed my car! If I ever need body work again there is no other shop I would go to. Liisa is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She prioritizes safety and truly cares about her clients. I worked with Lisa at BodyWorks Collision in July when I came in to receive a quote for fender and wheel frame damage to my 2023 Toyota Prius from an eroded gravel … read more drop-off into a parking area. The public works of the city where it happened agreed the public parking area should have been better maintained (as it had undergone previous work earlier for similar drop-off erosion issues).. Lisa and her team assessed the damage and provided a quote, along with communicating the expectation that they wouldn't truly know what was going on until they removed the frame. Because the car is relatively new, I wanted to be sure that genuine Toyota parts would be used in the replacement, which Lisa completely agreed with was the right and best thing to do to ensure quality fit and same materials, etc.. The quote was competitive and fair. Lisa estimated the work would take up to 14 days, and it was completed within 8 or 9 days. Lisa was great about communicating the right amount throughout the repair work. When I picked up my car, they had completely detailed it inside and out of the car at no additional cost (which she had shared was their practice) and the repair was flawless. Thank you, professional, service-oriented, and friendly Lisa and the amazing team at BodyWorks Collision. 5 STARS! Highly recommended! -
